    Job Summary
    We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative and Administator to join our team and fuel our growth through proactive business development and exceptional customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our customers’ needs.     Responsibilities

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, and other administrative duties.Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Lead business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance lead generation and brand awareness.

    Requirements
    Bilingual Candidate Preferred (Spanish)

    Proven experience in international sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong sales skills with the ability to handle international sales and territory sales effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot and Acctivate Inventory Management or similar tools for lead tracking and analysis.Ability to conduct technical product demos and explain complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.Demonstrated skills in analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving within a sales context.Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
