Responsibilities
Answer all incoming sales phone calls and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.Set and log customer appointments in the CRM for product specialists, following dealership guidelines.Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects through calls, texts, and emails to drive show and close rates.Build and manage a prospect development system to generate repeat and referral business.Stay current on vehicle inventory, new products, features, and promotions to speak confidently with customers.Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity in the CRM; analyze results and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.Attend product and sales training sessions as directed by the BDC Team Leader.Schedule and Compensation
