Market Intelligence: Share frontline insights to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategy.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

Sales DNA: Natural hunter with proven track record of exceeding outbound quotas.

Drive: Brings unstoppable energy and creativity to prospecting challenges.

Communication: Masters both active listening and articulating complex solutions simply.

Healthcare AI Passion: Excited about transforming patient care through technology.

Organization: Maintains meticulous pipeline management and follow-through.

Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments and quickly adopts new approaches.

    Requirements

Experience: 1+ years exceeding quota as BDR/SDR in early-stage startups. Must thrive in high-growth environments. SaaS and healthcare experience is a plus.

Technical: Proficient with Hubspot and quick to master new tools.

Results: Consistent history of exceeding quota through data-driven approaches.

Resilience: Sees rejection as opportunity; maintains high activity levels.

Process: Strong at time management and systematic problem-solving.

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role

Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on what matters: delivering life-changing care to our most vulnerable elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started.

The administrative work behind home health is messy, unstructured, and high-stakes. From clinical documentation to the operational busywork that organizations serving these vulnerable populations face every day, turning dense, nuanced information into accurate records requires LLM systems that extract structure from unstructured data, validate their own outputs, learn from a vast and growing dataset, and continuously improve in accuracy.

We are now looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build the intelligence layer at the core of Roger: training and fine-tuning models on our data, building the eval and monitoring infrastructure that keeps them accurate, and shipping LLM-powered workflows that clinicians rely on every day. There is a wide gap between a demo of an AI product and one that actually works for real clinicians caring for real patients, and we are hiring engineers who build on the right side of that gap.

    What You'll Do

Train and fine-tune open source models, leveraging our vast proprietary dataset to push accuracy beyond what off-the-shelf models can do.

Build eval datasets and pipelines that let us measure model accuracy rigorously and improve it continuously.

Design how we measure accuracy in the first place: the metrics, harnesses, and feedback loops that turn real clinical outcomes into measurable model improvements.

Build scalable, cost-efficient inference infrastructure with great monitoring and observability.

Build better agentic infrastructure and partner on the interfaces that turn model capability into a great clinician experience.

Stay at the frontier: keep up with the latest research, frontier model capabilities, and open source frameworks, and bring the best of it into production.

Prototype quickly, then harden into scalable, secure, and reliable production systems.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful depth in AI/ML.

Experience training, fine-tuning, or evaluating LLMs and open source models, with real opinions about what works and what does not.

Shipped real AI software to real users. You can describe something you built, what broke, and how you fixed it.

Strong instincts for evals, observability, and the feedback loops that turn user feedback into measurable improvement.

Experience building agentic systems: tool use, generator and critic loops, planners and executors, and orchestration where one agent's output drives another's work.

Comfort building infrastructure that is fast, reliable, and cost-efficient at scale.

Startup experience shipping real features in high-growth environments.

A product mindset, comfort across the stack, and the ability to operate in ambiguity without a clean spec.

High standards for reliability and accuracy when real clinicians and patients depend on your work.

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Roger

Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on what matters: delivering life-changing care to our most vulnerable elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. We've quickly become the industry's leading AI tool in home health. Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started.

    About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you close deals by deeply understanding the customer and the product. You'll own the whole sales cycle from prospecting to close, and you won't just wait for leads to land in your lap: you'll spend real time on the phones doing your own outbound, building relationships end to end, while also managing inbound leads.

The product is loved by clinicians and agencies alike, which makes it a joy to sell. You'll keep a tight and disciplined process, and clearly articulate the ROI Roger delivers to every customer. If you care deeply about your customers and the craft of sales, and you want to sell something that genuinely improves patient care, we'd love to talk.

    What You'll Do

Own the full cycle: Run the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.

Do your own outbound: Make cold calls and run outbound, building the relationship from the first touch.

Manage inbound: Qualify inbound interest quickly and move the right opportunities forward.

Plan your accounts: Know your patch better than anyone: map ICP-fit accounts, key contacts, and where Roger adds value.

Manage your pipeline: Understand the real risks in each deal, not just log activity.

Articulate the value: Clearly demonstrate and quantify Roger's ROI against the outcomes each account cares about.

Build lasting relationships: Form genuine relationships, renew, and cross-sell, working closely with SDRs, customer success, and leadership.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally selling complex workflow technology. Healthcare technology experience is a plus.

A proven closer of large enterprise accounts, with deal sizes spanning six and seven figures.

Strong on the phones: you can run your own outbound and cold calls, not just manage inbound.

The intellectual horsepower to understand the technology and connect it to a client's business.

A consultative style and the ability to clearly quantify ROI to enterprise buyers.

Demonstrated hustle, grit, and high EQ that builds trust quickly.

Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started.

    The Role

This is a rare opportunity to operate as a true extension of the founders and gain an inside view into how a high-growth company is built. You'll own the hardest problems, drive the highest-stakes decisions, and serve as a force multiplier across the entire business.

You're the person the founders turn to when a problem is ambiguous, important, and doesn't have a clear owner. One day you may be leading a strategic planning process; the next you're driving a company-wide initiative, preparing for a board meeting, or partnering with leaders to solve a critical challenge. No two weeks will look the same.

If you're sharp, unusually capable, and want a front-row seat to building a company, this is for you. The ideal person takes any task, however ambiguous, and runs with it. No task is too small, and none is too ambitious.

    What You'll Do

Partner with the founders as a force multiplier, freeing up their bandwidth wherever it matters most.

Own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, always focused on the company's top priorities.

Streamline and improve operations across many business functions: sales, customer success, product, engineering, hiring, and more.

Take on the urgent, undefined problems that don't yet have an owner, and turn founder priorities into shipped outcomes.

Take over admin and logistics, keeping the company's day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.

Own coordination, communications, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks, and anticipate what's needed before it's asked.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

3-8 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or a fast-growing startup, and are hungry for growth and learning.

A track record of owning ambiguous projects independently and getting them done, juggling many priorities at once without dropping anything.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You catch the things others miss and nothing slips.

A scrappy, resourceful approach. You figure things out, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity.

Excellent written and spoken English, and a clear, proactive communication style. You flag issues early and don't wait to be asked.

Trustworthiness and discretion. You'll have access to sensitive information and operate close to the founders.

No ego about the work it takes to win. No task is too small or too far beneath you, and none is too ambitious to take on.

The frontend is where clinicians meet Roger. They use us in the field, between visits, in cars, and in homes with spotty connectivity, often by voice while their hands are busy. We are now looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own that experience across mobile and web: building fast, intuitive, beautiful interfaces that hold up in the messy, real-world conditions clinicians work in every day.

If you want to build delightful frontends in the world of AI, solve genuinely hard product and engineering problems, and ship software that directly improves patient care, we'd love to talk.

    What You'll Do

Build and own the clinician experience across both our mobile app and web dashboard.

Continuously improve robustness, design, layout, and overall user experience.

Partner closely with Product Design to build intuitive, beautiful experiences that delight users.

Architect scalable, resilient frontends that hold up under real-world conditions.

Build more self-serve options that let clinicians do more on their own.

Tackle some of the hardest problems in mobile: real-time voice interfaces, deep device and audio integration, offline-first architecture, and graceful handling of unreliable, real-world connectivity.

Bring strong intuition for building frontends in the world of AI, with great infrastructure and monitoring behind them.

Establish best practices for code quality, performance, testing, and maintainability.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with deep mobile expertise.

Strong experience shipping production mobile apps as well as modern web applications.

Expertise with modern frontend tooling (React/React Native, TypeScript, Expo, build systems, CI/CD).

Experience building for complex cases: voice and audio, device capabilities, offline support, and unreliable connectivity.

A track record of designing scalable UI architectures and managing large, dynamic client-side state.

Intuition for building frontends on top of AI systems, including the monitoring and infrastructure that keep them reliable.

A passion for fast, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces, and high standards for quality when real users depend on your work.

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Roger

Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on what matters: delivering life-changing care to our most vulnerable elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started.

In an industry full of legacy players and clunky software, we win on service. Clinicians love us because when they need help, we are fast, sharp, and human. That reputation is one of our biggest competitive advantages, and this role exists to protect and scale it.

    Why This Role Exists

This isn't a "manage the queue" position. You'll be equal parts people leader, operator, and analyst: leading the team day to day while constantly asking where the biggest opportunities are to reduce support volume, improve the product, and build self-serve infrastructure that lets clinicians solve problems on their own.

This is a high-ownership role with real impact. As Roger scales, you'll have the opportunity to grow the team and grow into a broader customer experience leadership role.

    What You'll Do

Lead and grow the team. Manage, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives. Own hiring, training, and onboarding as the team scales.

Keep service exceptionally fast. Own SLAs and keep response and resolution times best-in-class. Ensure the team operates as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality.

Build the support engine. Design and continuously improve processes, workflows, and tooling in Zendesk. Create automations that remove repetitive work and speed up resolution.

Turn support into insight. Constantly analyze where the biggest opportunities are to reduce support queries, surfacing trends to the product and customer success teams to drive fixes at the root.

Build self-serve infrastructure. Develop a robust self-serve layer (help center, documentation, in-product guidance) so clinicians can solve more on their own.

Stay close to clinicians. Be comfortable texting and calling customers daily. Lead by example on what great, human support looks like.

    What We're Looking For

5+ years in customer support or customer experience at a B2B SaaS company, with at least 1-2 years leading a team.

Experience at a fast-growing startup, ideally seed to Series B.

Highly analytical. You set up processes, track everything, and let the numbers guide where you focus.

Deep familiarity with Zendesk and a genuine excitement for building automations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication. You're comfortable on the phone, over text, and in writing every day.

A bias toward getting ahead of problems rather than just clearing the queue.

High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity.

    Nice to Have

Familiarity with healthcare or home health.

Experience building self-serve support infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a founding role with real impact, real ownership, and real expectations. As Roger scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a recruiting team, own employer brand, and grow into a strategic People leader with a seat at the table.

    What You'll Do

Own hiring end-to-end: Source, engage, interview, and close exceptional engineers, operators, and product leaders with quality and speed.

Partner directly with founders: Translate company goals into hiring plans, headcount forecasts, and clear role definitions.

Build the recruiting engine: Design and iterate on sourcing strategies, funnels, metrics, interview loops, and candidate experience.

Be the face of Roger to talent: Tell the story authentically, represent the culture with integrity, and build trust with top-tier candidates.

Embed in the talent ecosystem: Develop strong relationships across technical, healthcare, startup, and founder communities.

Create scalable foundations: Build out our Ashby instance, document interview rubrics, and create onboarding processes that hold up as the team grows.

    What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.

Proven ability to recruit technical talent, especially engineers, and earn trust with highly technical candidates.

Experience hiring across both technical and operational roles.

A relentless sourcer. You know how to hunt, not just manage inbound.

High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Strong communication and closing skills; able to clearly and compellingly represent Roger.

Mission motivated. You care about healthcare and are excited to help build a company that makes a real difference for clinicians and patients.
