    Responsibilities

    Independently manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and document control Coordinate trade and design documentation and resolve conflicts Support schedule updates and identify coordination risks Assist Project Managers with cost tracking and change documentation Participate in subcontractor buyout and coordination meetings Mentor and train Project Engineers Serve as a reliable technical resource for the project team Escalate risks and issues proactively Requirements: 3-6+ years of construction experience preferred Experience managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation preferred Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing Experience with Procore, CMiC, scheduling software, or similar platforms Strong constructability awareness • Ability to prioritize, anticipate issues, and problem-solve Effective communication with subcontractors, designers, and internal teams

    Compensation and Benefits for Senior Project Engineer:

    Pay Range: $57,900 - $76,100

    Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.

    Job Summary

    The role of the Maintenance Manager is to ensure the property and grounds are in good condition and appearance and be certain that all equipment is maintained properly and functioning efficiently.


    The Maintenance Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to residents at our properties by leading the maintenance team and carrying out maintenance initiatives.


    This position will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of the organization facilities, equipment and machinery through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders and ensuring Roers high standards.
