What You'll DoInstall trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and other landscape materialsPerform landscape bed renovations and enhancementsAssist landscape maintenance crews with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and other property maintenance duties as neededInstall mulch, edging, and decorative stonePerform pruning, trimming, weeding, and general landscape improvementsAssist with seasonal color installations and property beautification projectsOperate landscape equipment, power tools, and trucks with or without attached trailersMaintain safe, clean, and organized job sitesPerform snow removal services during winter monthsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious commercial landscape enhancement, installation, or maintenance experience requiredExperience with planting, tree installation, bed maintenance, mulching, pruning, and landscape renovationsA valid driver's license and ability to be insured by the companyAbility to operate a truck with or without an attached trailerAbility to operate mowing equipment, landscape equipment, power tools, and snow removal equipmentAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipWillingness to assist with commercial mowing and maintenance operations when neededBilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!Benefits4 Day Work WeekMedical, Vision, Dental401(k)Life InsurancePaid Time OffNo Layoffs!About Us
