Active and unrestricted real estate license Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market; must provide and maintain proof of current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50 throughout employment Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity You are a trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process You have a proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.
