Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 + Performance Bonuses
Rockaway, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Foreman to lead complex landscape installation and enhancement projects. This role oversees multiple crews of up to 12 team members and manages projects that may include softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and light construction elements. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong field expertise, organization, and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and mentor multiple crews of up to 12 employees on landscape installation and enhancement projects
Oversee projects that include softscape, hardscape, irrigation components, and light construction elements
Ensure crews are dispatched on time with proper tools, materials, equipment, and documentation
Maintain Rockaway installation standards, jobsite safety, and project timelines
Coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, and Clients regarding project status, scheduling, and field conditions
Conduct jobsite walkthroughs prior to project start to confirm site readiness, plans, and materials
Order materials and schedule deliveries as needed
Make field adjustments to layouts and designs when conditions require
Ensure accurate completion of time tracking, job reports, and project documentation
Enforce company driving policies, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance standards
Track expenses, manage inventory, and maintain organized storage of materials and tools
Qualifications5+ years of landscape installation experience, including leadership or foreman-level responsibility
Strong experience with both softscape and hardscape; irrigation knowledge required
Experience overseeing multiple crews and multi-scope projects
Knowledge of Northeast Florida plants and conditions
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Ability to read plans, execute designs accurately, and train others
Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop landscape design concepts, layouts, and construction-ready plans
Produce designs using Dynascape, AutoCAD, or similar CAD-based software
