Failure to Meet Account Requirements If a driver fails to meet obligations, they will be moved to mileage pay for that week. Examples include: Not following dispatch plan Stopping short Oversleeping Going out of route Excessive stops or breaks Sandbagging / intentionally delaying loads Qualifications: Route Expectations (All Regional Accounts) Drivers must be comfortable running routes including: Pennsylvania Massachusetts Other areas may be included but these are primary lanes . Routes do not run out West for the salary accounts to ensure home-time guarantees .
