Responsibilities:
Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulationsProvide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnessesDevelop and implement emergency response plans and drills.Maintain accurate and confidential health recordsCommunicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up careAbility to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of timePotential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
