    THE DAY-TO-DAY

    You can be found in the office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.


    Each day, you arrive at the office ready to maintain our customer relationships. Most of your day is spent on the phone or computer. Looking over applications, you strive to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements. You provide excellent customer service as you make phone calls to our customers regarding expired agreements as well as to references on expired accounts. By actively listening, you assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary. You also schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. We also go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers.


    Your patience and tact are essential in enhancing our relationships with our customers. When challenging opportunities arise, you handle them quickly all while providing top-notch customer service. Your ability to multitask while managing the pace of a call and keeping focused on the customer is essential to your success. This also allows you to meet weekly goals.     Job Requirements:

    Previous rent-to-own and / or wheel and tire experience is desirable, but not necessary. We train! 1 - 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment preferred, but not required.     Job Responsibilities

    Ensure client satisfaction by determining product needs, assisting in sales process, scheduling the installation, and follow-up.Verify the store merchandise are clean, attractive, and organized.     JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager is responsible for contacting customers whose Rental Agreements have expired and working with them to maintain their account. The Account Manager’s priority is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer rather than simply calling to collect money.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    Oversees verification process for all new potential customers.Presents rental agreement to customers, ensuring they are aware of agreement details.Handling payments via cash, credit/debit card, money order, etc.Continually answering and making outbound calls to customers that are delinquent on their bill while pursuing past due accounts persistently with a friendly and professional demeanor.Navigating customer references to find a means of re-establishing communication with customers.Occasionally handle field collections and de-installations.Identifies opportunities to recapture past due business on customers returning merchandise.Maintains working knowledge of company POS system and how customer histories are tracked.Maintains clean and stocked work-area.Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TIRE & WHEEL ALIGNMENT TECHNICIAN / AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

    As a Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician, you are essential to the success of our tire shop. With great precision, you utilize tire and balancing machines to mount, balance, and align tires and wheels. Our customers know that they can depend on you to keep their vehicles rolling smoothly.


    You also help oversee activity within our tire shop. This includes ensuring shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed, and inventory, product, tools, and equipment are properly maintained. As merchandise arrives, you properly label and organize it. You love the variety in your work and look forward to coming to work each day.

    THE DAY-TO-DAY

    You can be found in the office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.


    Each day, you arrive at the office ready to maintain our customer relationships. Most of your day is spent on the phone or computer. Looking over applications, you strive to recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements. You provide excellent customer service as you make phone calls to our customers regarding expired agreements as well as to references on expired accounts. By actively listening, you assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment as necessary. You also schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise. We also go out into the field to pick up product and do door hangers.


    Your patience and tact are essential in enhancing our relationships with our customers. When challenging opportunities arise, you handle them quickly all while providing top-notch customer service. Your ability to multitask while managing the pace of a call and keeping focused on the customer is essential to your success. This also allows you to meet weekly goals.
