    1st Shift: Monday–Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm

    What You'll Do

    Operate CNC machines to produce precision medical componentsInspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators, and other inspection toolsVerify parts meet blueprint, GD&T, and quality requirementsPerform tool changes and basic machine adjustmentsConduct preventative machine maintenance and monitor coolant, lubrication, and machine conditionComplete first article inspections and in-process quality checksMaintain accurate production and quality documentationSupport continuous improvement and 5S initiativesWork closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
