The Project Manager provides direction and oversight for the day-to-day operations of all assigned project activities within the company. The primary responsibility is to ensure the technical integrity of projects including compliance with the project scope, project specifications, accepted good engineering practices, project schedule and overall allocated budget. This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgement in the coordination of the various aspects of a project operation. In general, the Project Manager, with assistance of the Project Team, coordinates all project activities to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.
In addition, the Project Manager actively gathers information on the status of the project and works cooperatively as a team member with other Project Team members (including General Foreman and Superintendent), as well as prime contractors, project architect and engineers, and project managers.
Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
New installation, maintenance, and repair work in compliance with NEC and industry standards.
Work on projects for SCA and NYC Transit, including school facilities and MTA environments.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions safely and efficiently.
Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Installation of conduit 1/2inch to 4inch-Galvinized and EMT
Low voltage systems installation - Fire alarm/Tel/data/fire rescue/induction/etc.
Ensure all work meets safety requirements and complies with OSHA, MTA, and site‐specific rules.
Collaborate with project teams, foremen, and other electricians to complete project tasks.
Leadership role, must know how to run jobs
Maintain accurate documentation, daily work reports, timesheets and material logs.
Participate in fieldwork including track‐level assignments when required.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of electrical field experience (Mechanic or Journeyman preferred).
OSHA 30 certification.
SST (Site Safety Training) certification.
MTA track training
Mandatory Drug Tests (as required)
Clean driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
Ability to work independently and in team environments.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Candidate will be required to pass practical exam on wiring and installation
