Key Responsibilities
Safely transport clients to and from airports, offices, events, hotels, and other destinationsAssist passengers with luggage and personal belongingsDeliver excellent customer service while ensuring a smooth and comfortable rideMaintain a polished, professional appearance and courteous demeanorRespect client privacy and confidentiality at all timesAccommodate reasonable client requests, including preferred routes when possibleFollow all traffic laws and company safety standardsStay informed of traffic conditions, weather alerts, road closures, and alternate routesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules and trip updatesQualifications
Must be 25 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentClean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong knowledge of local and regional roadwaysExcellent punctuality, communication, and time management skillsAbility to lift up to 70 poundsProfessional and courteous communication skills with clients at all levelsAvailability to work either Saturday or Sunday each weekAdditional Requirements
Ability to sit and drive for extended periodsComfortable working in varying weather conditionsOccasional long-distance travel may be requiredFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSign-On Bonus:
Eligible chauffeur positions at RMA, including Black Car Chauffeurs, Motorcoach Operators, and Shuttle Ambassadors, qualify for a sign-on bonus:
Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment. Once eligible, bonuses are paid in equal monthly installments through payroll. Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing at the time of each installment payment.

We are seeking skilled Detailers who take pride in maintaining the quality and appearance of our fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA vehicles, including Sedans, SUVs, Shuttle Buses, and occasionally Motor Coach Buses.
Essential Functions:
Hand wash vehicles, ensuring each receives the proper care.Clean interiors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and glass cleaning.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Request and stock all janitorial supplies needed for vehicle cleaning.Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong time management and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.Why Work With Us?
