Why People Stay in This Job
• Real schedule freedom. Insured contact (visits and calls) happens during business hours — but you decide when. Everything else — the analysis, the worksheets, the report writing — happens whenever you want: early mornings, evenings, weekends. Around your kids, your classes, your life.
• No micromanagement. Each audit comes with a due date. Hit your due dates and the how, when, and where are entirely up to you. No daily check-ins, no activity tracking, no one looking over your shoulder.
• Variety without chaos. Every audit is a different business — a roofing contractor one day, a restaurant group the next. The work stays interesting, but the process is consistent and learnable.
• A genuine career path. Premium audit experience is scarce and in demand. The skills you build here — financial analysis, classification, client communication — are valued across the insurance industry.
