Position Summary
This position is responsible for the oversight and management of trades and subcontractors working on their respective deliverables across multiple construction projects in an industrial environment. The Constriction PM will facilitate communication among the various infrastructure stakeholders in tracking efforts, issues, and risks in the field to achieve project goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize knowledge in construction work processes to manage infrastructure upgrades and tool installation activities at a silicon wafer fab (cleanroom)o Understand and manage technical matters (construction drawings, and reports), financial matters (approved budgets, stakeholder commitments, and cash flow projections), and schedule matters (contractor commitments, and critical path) as specified by the infrastructure team
o Ensure that the contractors are executing the project(s) in the field in accordance with the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements of the infrastructure team
Serve as the infrastructure team focal point among the various trades and subcontractorso Transform general business needs into a scope/schedule/cost project plans and contribute to managing the goals and cost estimates through planning, design, construction, and closeout of project(s)
o Assign contractor responsibilities and track performance against budget and schedule requirements
o Read and understand technical design and construction specifications, drawings, and inspection reports and proactively notify impacted stakeholders of issues/changes/risks
o Act as first line of contact for field work status and issues
Coordinate communication throughout project life cycleo Perform field walks as needed to directly see and understand critical construction activity issues
o Draft regular status reports on field issue progress and risk mitigation plans
o Communicate and manage working relationships among a variety of stakeholders such as upper management, infrastructure team members, architects, engineers, government examiners/inspectors, contractors, and EHS specialists
Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestonesPerform other duties as needed
Education and Credential Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent; Associate degree in in Construction Management/Technology, Engineering Management, or related field preferredEligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status
Experience Requirements
10+ years of experience in a construction manager, foreman, superintendent, and/or owner’s representative roleWorked on construction phase projects, including budgeting, and scheduling contractor activitiesWorked on construction projects to upgrade the infrastructure at industrial facilities and/or tool installationsWorked on a cross-functional team including architects, engineers, contractors, procurement personnel, safety specialists, and government officialsDemonstrated track record of triaging priorities and managing risks across simultaneous projectsPreferred experienceWorked on construction projects in the semiconductor industry, particularly in cleanroomsDocumented project work compliance with Federal and Oregon OSHA regulations

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the client’s business unit(s) with leveraging/improving existing and designing new tooling and process development to enable low volume (products and engineering/proto builds) and high volume (mass production) manufacturing lines across the client’s portfolio of hardware products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners, including R&D teams, ODM/OEM teams, and global tooling and process development teamsDevelop and qualify processes and capabilities to enable new product (NPI) and technology development on proto assembly line(s) that are mass production manufacturing representativeo Leverage existing tools and processes to enable low volume product manufacturing
o Design, specify and/or procure new production tools
o Install, evaluate, characterize, and qualify new production tools
Execute test plans, collect and analyze data, and calculate process capabilities related to new product (NPI) specificationso Identify gaps in test tooling capability, process capability, and/or incoming material capability as necessary to ensure organizational awareness of issues
Sustain protype and mass production manufacturing lineso Address day-to-day line-down issues
o Monitor production performance through statistical process control methods and close gaps where possible
o Maintain target yields
o Correlate process capabilities back to product needs to determine appropriate specifications in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience Requirements
· 3-5+ years of experience in a mechanical tooling/process development role
o Designed tooling and process development in low volume (engineering builds) and high volume (mass production build) manufacturing environments
o Specification and design of test tools including fabrication, gauge capability assessments, qualification, and implementation
o Worked with product R&D and manufacturing teams on design for test (DFT) and design for manufacturability (DFM) improvements
o Use of various CAD packages for tooling design
Experience using Quality Systems, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, and basic statistical data analysis on tooling design and process development and improvementsExperience working in R&D/proto/manufacturing environments considering product validation and characterization testing requirements

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting various processes used in a silicon wafer fab environment. The candidate will utilize their understanding of fabrication processes and product development methodologies to achieve the yield goals of assigned toolset/process step(s). The wafer fab process engineer will collaborate with product R&D teams to make decisions on process quality based on data and statistical analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
