What You’ll Do
Handle critical accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, inventory & cash controls, internal audits, and financial reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows and operational processes Partner with leadership to create, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the store Generate advanced financial reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation initiatives Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
