Job Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join our multi-specialty practice in Oklahoma City. You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and treat acute, episodic and chronic illnesses
· Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
· Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals
· Create appropriate care plans for patients and follow up accordingly
· Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Qualifications
· Active state License
· State and DEA Licensure
· Wound care experience
· Able to work in a collaborative team environment
· Strong communication skills
· The ability to travel to patient’s homes when needed. Valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
