POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an exceptional Lead Carpenter / Multi-Trade Service Technician to join our team. This is not a production framing job or repetitive punch-list position. We are looking for a highly skilled craftsman who enjoys solving complex problems, takes pride in precision workmanship, and is capable of performing a wide variety of repairs and improvements in luxury residential properties.
The ideal candidate is an experienced carpenter with outstanding troubleshooting abilities and hands-on expertise across multiple construction trades. Every day presents a new challenge, requiring technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform high-end finish and rough carpentry with exceptional attention to detail.
* Diagnose and solve construction, maintenance, and repair issues across multiple trades.
* Complete repairs and custom installations that meet the highest quality standards.
* Read and understand construction drawings and field conditions.
* Plan work efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
* Lead and direct a laborer or assistant to maximize productivity.
* Communicate professionally with homeowners, architects, designers, and project managers.
* Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in excellent condition.
* Represent the company with professionalism while working in occupied luxury homes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience.
* Expert-level rough and finish carpentry skills.
* Strong working knowledge of drywall, doors, windows, trim, hardware, cabinetry, flooring, and general construction.
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of building components.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
* Extremely neat, organized, and respectful of clients' homes.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Service Technician to provide concierge-level service and maintenance for high-end residential properties. This is a hands-on role for an individual who takes pride in their work, maintains an extremely clean job site, and can represent the company professionally in clients’ homes. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and executing small projects with precision and care. You will also lead a laborer/assistant, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and small project work in luxury residential homes
- Provide concierge-level service with strong communication and professionalism
- Execute high-quality rough and finished carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple trades (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hardware, millwork, etc.)
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized work environment at all times
- Supervise and direct a laborer/assistant to complete tasks efficiently
- Interact with homeowners and clients in a respectful, polished manner
- Manage daily service schedules and communicate progress with the office
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong hands-on experience in rough and finished carpentry
- Broad knowledge of residential construction and maintenance practices
- Extremely detail-oriented, neat, and organized
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in client-facing situations
- Experience leading or working with an assistant/laborer preferred
- Valid driver’s license (required)
