Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.Provide friendly, welcoming, and attentive customer service to every guest.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations.Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to create an exceptional guest experience.Assist with opening and closing duties.Qualifications
Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.Passion for coffee and hospitality.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.What We Offer
