Responsibilities:
Provide patient care under direction of staffSterilize and prepare medical exam rooms and equipmentGathering all HPI, Vitals, Medical Histories of a patientPreparing medication reconciliationsVerifying allergiesPerforming EKG'sCollecting Urine SpecimenCollecting important and relevant quality screenings including Depression Screenings/Alcohol Screenings and Comprehensive visitsCollaborates with care team on quality measures and gaps in careCompletes referrals/pre certifications/prior authorizationsAnswers phones in between rooming patientsCalls patients with pre-determined medical messagingWorking collaboratively as a teamMaintain a clean and healthy environmentDocument accurately and completely in the EMR (E Clinical Works)All other duties as assignedIdeal Candidates will:
