Role Description This full-time Account Manager role is an on-site position based in Charlotte, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, developing strategies to address client needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of RISETEK's solutions. The role also involves handling client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and analyzing client performance metrics to recommend improvements.
