Job Description
A high-performing Business Development & Community Engagement Lead is needed to drive referral growth for a dual-diagnosis PHP/IOP behavioral health program in Texas through strong healthcare partnerships.
Established relationships with local referral sources (PCPs, psychiatrists, hospitals, and discharge planners) within a 1015 mile radius of our Euless facility (200 Westpark Way, Euless, TX)including Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Irving, North Richland Hills, Southlake, and nearby Mid-Citiesare critical for success in this role.
Schedule:
Field-based role with travel across Texas (primarily Dallas and surrounding areas)Monday Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm.Occasional evening networking or community eventsFlexible schedule based on outreach and relationship-building needsCompensation & Benefits:

Build and maintain referral networks across Texas behavioral health and medical communitiesDevelop relationships with therapists, psychiatrists, hospital discharge planners, case managers, detox/residential programs, EAPs, courts, probation officers, and community organizationsGenerate consistent referral flow into PHP/IOP levels of careRepresent the organization as a trusted clinical resourceAttend and host networking events and presentationsStrengthen referral channelsMaintain CRM tracking of referrals and outcomesCoordinate admissions and clinical handoffsPre-Employment Screening
