    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionA high-performing Business Development & Community Engagement Lead is needed to drive referral growth for a dual-diagnosis PHP/IOP behavioral health program in Texas through strong healthcare partnerships.

    Established relationships with local referral sources (PCPs, psychiatrists, hospitals, and discharge planners) within a 10–15 mile radius of our Euless facility (200 Westpark Way, Euless, TX)—including Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Irving, North Richland Hills, Southlake, and nearby Mid-Cities—are critical for success in this role.
