    Job Purpose

    Expand the company's systems administration capabilities by focusing on enterprise and plant-level applications, vendor coordination, and business user support, while also providing backup coverage for core infrastructure responsibilities. Act as a bridge between business units and IT operations, ensuring applications are maintained, patched, integrated, and optimized, while driving reliability and user satisfaction.

    Essential Functions

    Serve as the primary technical owner for enterprise and plant applications, including but not limited to: Enterprise apps: 8x8, SSO integrations, Jira, Appian, TraceGains, camera/badge systems (e.g., Avigilon) Plant software: Red Zone, Patch, and others as assigned Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches Support on-call and after-hours requirements as needed Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in coordination with the Help Desk Monitor application performance and availability, escalating to vendors as needed Manage vendor relationships for support cases, escalations, and upgrades Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other units to gather requirements and translate into actions Oversee licensing management and user provisioning processes for assigned applications Work closely with the infrastructure systems administrator to align application dependencies (servers, storage, networking, identity) Assist with identity and access management solutions (OneLogin, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory) Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge base content Use or develop scripting tools (PowerShell, API integrations, etc.) to streamline routine tasks Proactively identify opportunities to improve application stability, security, and user experience Provide backup support for core system admin functions, such as Windows Server, VMware, patching, and backups Cross-train with team members to maintain operational continuity and coverage Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures Perform other job-related duties as assigned

    Job Purpose

    Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support in the repair and enhancement of electrical and controls support.     Develop and maintain supply plan & production schedules using SAP ERP system Adjust schedules as needed, due to changes in customer demand/need or production requirementsAnalyze and adjust inventory targets based on forecasted demand and available capacityEnsure the supply plan & production schedule are aligned to overall inventory targetsCreate necessary reports, procedures, and documentation to create sustainable, effective processes and resultsWork in cooperation with leads, supervisors, and other support staff to meet daily production requirementsCommunicate across multiple support functions to resolve issues impacting schedulesProvide a focal point for information flow from the production floor, quality, customer service, and functional managers; advise management of work in progressCoordinate with purchasing staff and customer service to resolve issues regarding shortages, schedule changes, paperwork, system corrections, and short-range recovery planningDevelop and maintain metrics, activities, and trends for management reviewParticipate in continuous improvement Lean initiatives eliminating unnecessary processesDevelop value-added metrics to support continuous improvementAddress significant production issues/questions during non-working hours as needed to support the facility Provide backup for other production schedulers during vacations, sick days, etc.Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresPerform other job-related duties as assigned


    Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

    Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or 2+ years of supply chain/production scheduling/demand planning/production experienceFood and beverage industry experience beneficialDemonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) beneficialStrong knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of company products, parts, production operations, and customer requirementsFlexible with the ability to respond as needed to changes in businessSolid understanding of supply chain management, planning, material requirements, and familiarity with production schedulingDetail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, track, coordinate, and expedite activities to meet scheduling expectationsAbility to interpret data charts, trends, and goal setting measurementsAbility to perform root cause analysis for process improvementProven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build consensus and move team to improvementProficient reading, writing, oral communication, and comprehension in English languageStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within an organization and collaborate with internal and external clients to determine requirements and eliminate barriers that may affect the delivery of product

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $95,000 annually.
