Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Auditor at RIS Rx, you will provide essential operational support for various pharmacy programs. This role is critical to maintaining program integrity through accurate reporting, adherence to business rules, and clear communication with pharmacies. Your primary responsibility is to execute operational tasks efficiently while adhering to company standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide operational support across multiple pharmacy programs to ensure smooth and compliant program executionMonitor program activity to maintain integrity and identify discrepancies, trends, or potential compliance issuesPrepare accurate reports and documentation to support internal stakeholders and program requirementsCommunicate clearly and professionally with pharmacy partners regarding documentation, discrepancies, and program expectationsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiencyMaintain detailed records and ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and company policiesEscalate complex issues or compliance concerns appropriately and in a timely mannerContribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness

Education/Experience:

Position Summary
We’re seeking a Pharmacy Technician ready to leverage their skills beyond the traditional pharmacy setting. In this role as a Patient Care & Reimbursement Specialist, you’ll use your background in medication access, insurance processing, and patient service to:
Perform benefits investigations, eligibility checks, and affordability assessments for specialty medication programs.Help patients navigate prior authorizations, co-pay assistance, and other access pathways.Support commercial reimbursement submissions and document workflows with precision and efficiency.A desire to apply your pharmacy experience in a non-retail, call center setting that offers structure, teamwork, and consistent hours.Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with understanding their coverage, co-pays, and affordability support options.Prepare, organize, and submit insurance and reimbursement documentation.Work collaboratively with internal departments, including operations, patient support teams, and program management.Provide high-level customer service to patients, providers, and caregivers.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company procedures.What We’re Looking for
Pharmacy Technician (Licensed) experience (1+ year) in a retail store setting.Experience in a call center or fast-paced administrative setting (preferred).Comfort using systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and RingCentral.Excellent communication and active listening skills.A knack for solving problems and helping people, patients and teammates alike.Strong time management and attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment.Ability to learn and adapt quickly with a growth mindset.Why Join RIS Rx?

Summary:
As a Patient Care and Reimbursement Specialist (Customer Service), you will play a vital role in executing day-to-day deliverables across our program portfolio. You will be responsible for completing eligibility assessments, benefits verifications, and benefits investigations for patients enrolling in therapeutic programs via web or live calls. You will also support our commercial affordability programs by completing and organizing reimbursement submissions. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in an expanded capability role will be essential to your success.
