    The Telematics Administrator is a Fleet Operations office-based position responsible for the end-to-end management, data integrity, and performance optimization of all telematics systems across a large, diverse connected fleet. This role serves as the subject matter expert for all OEM and after-market telematics solutions and is the primary integration owner between telematics data sources and the centralized Equipment Management System (EMS). The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of telematics hardware and software with strong data analytics capabilities and a systematic approach to troubleshooting complex, multi-platform fleet connectivity environments.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Monitor and maintain telematics platforms, GPS devices, and dash camera systems across the fleetManage telematics data integrations between OEM platforms and the Equipment Management System (EMS)Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and data issues involving GPS devices, cameras, APIs, and fleet systemsGenerate fleet performance reports including utilization, idle time, fault codes, downtime, and safety metricsCoordinate telematics hardware installations, replacements, and vendor supportSupport incident investigations through dash camera footage retrieval and telematics data analysisMaintain accurate asset-to-device assignments and fleet data integrityDevelop SOPs, documentation, and process improvements related to telematics operations

    Qualifications

    3–5 years of experience in telematics, fleet operations, or heavy equipment technologyExperience with OEM and aftermarket telematics platforms such as Samsara, Geotag, or TrimbleStrong troubleshooting and data analysis skillsFamiliarity with APIs, GPS systems, CAN Bus/J1939, and fleet reportingIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsConstruction or heavy equipment industry experience preferred

    We are currently seeking a skilled Grader Operator to join our team. The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to ensure the proper grading and leveling of surfaces on construction sites. This role requires leadership skills, precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of grading techniques.

    Responsibilities:

    Equipment Operation: Operate motor graders with precision and expertise to grade surfaces according to project specifications and blueprints.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.Perform routine maintenance on motor graders, including cleaning, lubricating, and reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.Monitor and maintain the quality of grading work to meet project requirements and standards.Collaborate effectively with other construction team members, including equipment operators, laborers, and supervisors.Communicate clearly and effectively with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.Identify and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise during grading activities.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily equipment inspection reports and work logs.

    Qualifications:

    3–5+ years of experience as a Motor Grader Operator in heavy civil construction.Proficiency in operating and maintaining motor graders.Knowledge of construction and grading techniques.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.Physical fitness and stamina to perform the demands of the job.Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as needed.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Responsibilities:

    Setting forms that hold the concrete in place, ensuring they have the correct depth and pitch.Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete using come along, shovel, power trowel, power screed, and float.Monitoring the effects of weather conditions on the curing of the concrete.Safely operating equipment like power vibrator, power trowel, power screed, and drills.Applying hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces.Waterproofing, damp-proofing and restoring concrete surfaces.Directing the casting of concrete with the truck driver.Rub concrete with abrasive stone to finish.Removing rough/defective spots from the concrete surface, using power grinder, chisel or hammer.Break up and repair old concrete surfaces, patch holes with fresh concrete.Participating in routine maintenance and clean-up of job sites.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a concrete finisher.Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in concrete finishing.Physical strength and endurance, with the ability to work long hours, including overtime and weekends.Reliable personal transportation.Ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Ability to work both independently and in a team.Ability to handle the physical labor required, including lifting heavy items and working in varying weather conditions.

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Driver to operate a lowboy trailer for the loading, transport, and unloading of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and other construction machinery across various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Operate a lowboy trailer to transport heavy equipment to and from job sites.Safely load and unload heavy equipment, ensuring secure positioning and tie-down.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as state and federal transportation regulations.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage logs, fuel receipts, and inspection reports.Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to coordinate transportation schedules.Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the lowboy trailer and equipment.Ensure timely delivery of equipment to meet project schedules and deadlines.Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

     

    Qualifications:

    Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating lowboy trailers and transporting heavy equipment.Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.Ability to perform physical tasks, including loading and securing heavy equipment.Excellent driving record with a demonstrated commitment to safety.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.

    Ripa & Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating excavators for pipe installation and excavation tasks, with a focus on safety, precision, and productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    Safely and efficiently operate excavators for the installation of underground piping, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.Prepare sites for excavation, including the removal of existing structures, vegetation, and debris.Excavate trenches to the specified depth and width for pipe laying, ensuring proper grade and alignment.Assist with the installation of pipes, including positioning, leveling, and joining.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on excavators and other heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations, conducting operations in a manner that ensures the safety of all personnel on site.Work closely with other team members, including project managers, foremen, and laborers, to complete projects on time and within budget.

    Requirements:

    The Semi Truck Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, tractors, trailers, and related equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain equipment in compliance with DOT and company standards.


    Responsibilities:

    Perform routine preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement, and inspections.Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, clutches, drivetrains, suspensions, steering systems, and brakes.Inspect and repair electrical, hydraulic, air, and fuel systems.Perform DOT inspections and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software.Repair or replace tires, wheels, and suspension components as needed.Maintain and repair trailers, including lighting systems, air brakes, and structural components.Complete work orders and document repairs accurately.Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures.Respond to road calls and emergency repairs when required.Communicate repair needs and equipment status with supervisors and fleet personnel.Assist in maintaining parts inventory and shop equipment.


    Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience repairing heavy-duty trucks or diesel equipment.Knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic components.Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documents.Experience using diagnostic software and tools.Valid driver's license required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Welding and fabrication experience a plus.Previous experience performing DOT inspections.

    Review, monitor, and maintain crew productivity, equipment, and materials to ensure deadlines are met.Maintain company assigned vehicles and equipment according to company and safety standards.Pre-plan work for crew and provide training opportunities.Teach and practice safety. Enforce quality control and safety policies on all aspects of work.Supervise, inspect, document, and maintain awareness of equipment used on site.Train crew on equipment used on site and ensure equipment is being operated and shut down safely and properly.Oversee safety procedures, quality of workmanship, production, and scheduling.Oversee project to ensure compliance with scope and quality as established by contract documents.Proactively participate and solve problems that could delay construction.Maintain daily timesheets of time and equipment for crew.Maintain daily reports including construction & maintenance daily log and pictures of progress on site.Complete necessary forms as needed such for tool replacement requests, equipment maintenance requests, jobsite damage reports, and incident reports.Act as a liaison between Human Resources and crew members in the event of injury from a work-related incident. Complete necessary accident reports and investigations as requested.Lead weekly toolbox talks, safety meetings, and post-incident safety training.Implement incremental project schedules to ensure production is on tract and issues are proactively addressed.Work with Human Resources, Superintendent, and Project Managers to participate in employee performance reviews and appraisal along with encouraging and developing further training and growth of crew members.Provide management with feedback regarding design, planning, material, equipment, personnel, etc.Performs other duties as assigned by Superintendent and / or Project Manager.


    Requirements:

    five years related experience in civil construction.Experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining heavy construction equipment is required.Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is required.A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.Clean Motor Vehicle Record.NPDES certified stormwater inspectorKnowledge of silt fence installation and maintenance.
