Responsibilities Assist carpenters with concrete formwork and related tasks Use basic hand and power tools (shovel, hammer, drill, etc.) Move materials, clean job sites, and maintain tools Support concrete pours, stripping, and site prep Follow safety procedures and crew direction at all times Requirements Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Familiarity with basic construction tools preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Construction or concrete experience is a plus, not required
