Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot, guiding them through the vehicle selection processCommunicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers to ensure a seamless buying experiencePresent and demonstrate new and pre-owned Mitsubishi vehicles, highlighting features and benefitsNegotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customersFollow up with leads and prospective buyers via phone, email, and in-person to drive sales conversionsMeet and exceed monthly sales quotas and customer satisfaction (CSI) targetsCollaborate with finance and sales management teams to close deals efficientlyRequirements:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) requiredPrevious automotive sales or retail sales experience preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven attitude and competitive spiritValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsProficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills a plusAbout Us:
