Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Starting pay: $16 - $18 per hour

Richmond Foundry LLC, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group is looking for Salvage Grinders to join our team in Dayton, NJ! As a extremely important member of our team you will be using various industrial grinding devices for grinding off any excess metal that is present on our castings from the production process. Knowledge of casting defects and capability of identifying defects is preferred but we will train the right person.

Operate various types of industrial grinding equipmentPerform Quality checks on finished partsMaintain Compliance with all company policies and proceduresPerform related duties as assigned by supervisorWhat We're Looking For:

Richmond Foundry is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to be the backbone of our high-tech foundry in Dayton, NJ! This dual-threat role is critical for minimizing downtime and maximizing production. You will be responsible for the rapid diagnosis and repair of complex electrical systems (PLCs, VFDs, motors) and mechanical equipment (hydraulics, gearboxes, conveyors). What You'll Do:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, and control panelsPerform mechanical repairs on plant equipment, conveyors, and machineryConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceRead and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematicsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesAssist in upgrades and new equipment installationsWhat We're Looking For:
High school diploma requiredTechnical training or additional education preferredElectrical troubleshooting and repair experience is a must.Proven experience as an industrial electrician and mechanic, ideally in a foundry or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of electrical codes, and mechanical systemsExtensive understanding of three-phase electrical systems and control theoryAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCertification or licensing as an electrician is preferredForklift Certification is preferredAbility to lift heavy equipment and partsStanding, bending, and climbing for extended periodsUse of hand tools and electrical testing equipmentWhat We Offer:
