Operational Leadership
Oversee all operational aspects of midstream assets, including pipelines and facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. Direct and coordinate diverse teams including engineers, operators, mechanics, and technical specialists. Establish KPIs to maximize throughput, minimize risk, manage costs, and drive workforce effectiveness. Manage both O&M and capital budgets, supporting investment decisions and growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
Entrepreneurial & Strategic Impact
Drive operational efficiencies, implement process improvements, and leverage data to optimize performance. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand asset utilization and customer engagement. Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, acquisitions, and due diligence activities. Collaborate with engineering on project design, construction, and maintenance to support long-term goals.
People & Culture Development
Foster a strong safety culture and motivate teams to exceed performance goals. Develop talent, mentor future leaders, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence. Build high-performing, cross-functional teams and maintain strong employee engagement.Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrated success in midstream operations with increasing responsibility. Entrepreneurial mindset and P&L accountability, with a track record of operational and financial success. Hands-on, practical leadership style with excellent communication skills across all levels. Strong ability to deliver results, implement process improvements, and drive operational growth. High business acumen, with understanding of markets, customers, technology, and financial performance. Servant leadership approach, focused on people, integrity, and achieving success through others.
Education & Certifications:
Undergraduate degree in engineering or relevant discipline. P.E. license is a plus but not required.
