    About Rheo:
Rheo Engineering is a team of roughly 90 engineers, craftsmen, and professionals building the powder handling systems that help pharmaceutical manufacturers produce medicine safely, efficiently, and reliably. We're a critical link in the medicine supply chain and we take that responsibility seriously. Our values Bold Humility, Reliability, Collaboration, Competence, and Initiative aren't just words on a wall. They shape who we are and who we hire.

    The Role:
On second shift, you're the authority in the building. There's no manager down the hall to defer to just you, your team, and the standard you've set.

We're looking for a Production Supervisor who leads by example, holds the line on quality and safety standards without making it about themselves, and earns the trust of their team through consistency and follow-through. This isn't a role for someone who needs to be the loudest voice in the room. It's a role for someone whose team executes well because they've been led well.

You'll oversee our Rheo Flexibles second shift assembly team in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment, ensuring every shift meets its production goals, every team member understands and follows proper procedure, and every product that leaves your shift is something you'd put your name on.

The Production Manager will overlap with the start of second shift for the first couple of hours but as the shift progresses, you become the chief authority in the building. You'll need to be someone who is ready and comfortable owning that responsibility.

Training will take place on first shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) before transitioning to your permanent second shift schedule (3:30 PM 12:00 AM, MondayFriday).

    What You'll Own:
    - Provide clear, direct day-to-day direction to your shift team no ambiguity, no gaps
    - Enforce ISO 7 cleanroom protocols, PPE requirements, and contamination control procedures without exception
    - Ensure assembly processes are correctly followed and quality standards are consistently met across every unit built
    - Oversee the training of new team members on production tasks, processes, and cleanroom standards and make sure the training sticks
    - Partner with the Production Manager to align your shift's output with broader production goals and schedules
    - Participate in hiring decisions and provide input on team member development and advancement
    - Recommend corrective action where necessary, and enforce it where authorized, consistent with company policy
    - Step in alongside your team on assembly tasks when the floor needs it
    - Serve as the subject matter expert on Rheo Flexibles production processes advise on SOPs and support quality testing

    What Success Looks Like:
    - Production goals are met on time and to quality standards, with minimal rework or re-inspection across the shift
    - 95% first-time pass of products through Quality Inspection
    - Every team member on your shift follows cleanroom protocols, PPE requirements, and quality procedures consistently, not occasionally
    - Your team members are supported, developed, and set up to succeed and retention and output reflect it

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - High School Diploma or GED

    Experience:
