    Phoenix Landing is an innovative, low-barrier, service enhanced emergency shelter serving Fresno County. Phoenix Landing provides onsite mental health services, case management, peer support and housing navigation to support individuals who are experiencing homelessness.

    Position Summary

    Peer Support Specialist is responsible for providing peer to peer support services including: monitoring, informing, supporting, assisting and empowering clients and their family members/caregivers who directly or indirectly receive behavioral health services; developing and coordinating activities, programs and resources which directly support clients and family members/caregivers in achieving wellness and recovery oriented goals; facilitating peer to peer assistance as a part of a team setting; conducting outreach to clients, family members/caregivers and the community; and acting in a liaison role between clients, family members/caregivers and community service providers.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance for work orders such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and other general maintenance. This position will also perform building, grounds, and amenities upkeep. This position must be on call to respond to after hours emergency work requests.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Perform daily exterior and common area inspections to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.

    Rake, sweep, blow, and pressure wash walkways, driveways, patios, and entryways.

    Remove trash and debris from the grounds, parking areas, and common spaces.

    Maintain landscaping including but not limited to removing weeds, trimming hedges, and watering plants.

    Perform general maintenance repairs such as painting, light plumbing, minor electrical work, and drywall patching.

    Respond to and complete work orders as directed by management in a timely and efficient manner.

    Assist with unit turnovers and restoring units to move-in ready condition.

    Clean and prepare vacant units and common areas.

    Respond to emergency maintenance issues after hours as part of on-call rotation.

    Inspect work performed by outside contractors or vendors.

    Minimum Qualification

    High School Diploma or GED required. Trade certificates or licensures are a plus.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman position.

    Must have experience working with power tools, hand tools, and equipment such as lawn mowers is required.

    Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between work locations.

    vulnerable populations preferred.

    Review and approve semi monthly payroll

    Manage and evaluates accounting systems, policies and procedures

    Perform activities involved in the maintenance and control of the general ledger. Review and/or initiates and posts journal entries; monitor posted financial data; research and review transactions; and advise departments on proper coding.

    Ensure that expenses, deposits, owner distributions, funding requests and other financial transactions for a given period have been accurately posted

    Participate in review and distribution of monthly Owner’s statements

    Participate in all areas of accounts payable, receivable, and weekly check runs, including proper account coding in relation to annual budgets and GL consistency

    Review of CAM reconciliations

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    Computer literate (Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

    Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance

    Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly

    Close attention to detail and organization

    Ability to effectively communicate
