RFS Behavioral Health partners with schools, families, and communities to provide accessible behavioral health services that support students both academically and emotionally.
Our team works directly within school settings to help children and adolescents develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen social skills, and successfully navigate life's challenges.
What You'll Do
As a Therapeutic Behavioral Service Provider, you'll provide one-on-one support to students throughout the school day while working closely with therapists, educators, families, and treatment teams.
Responsibilities include:
Providing therapeutic and behavioral support services to studentsAssisting students with emotional regulation and coping skillsSupporting positive behavior development and social skill buildingHelping students overcome barriers that impact academic successCollaborating with therapists, school personnel, and familiesMaintaining timely and accurate documentationEncouraging student growth, resilience, and self-confidenceEvery day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
