    RF Installations LLC (RFI) is a national labor broker of installation services to big box retailers and manufacturers. RFI sources an independent contractor workforce of over 1,000 crews, and manages more than 100,000 installations of doors, windows, kitchens, and many other programs. RFI prides itself on being the experts in coordinating the client and customer installation experience and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.

    The RFI Field Manager (FM) is responsible for market level client connectivity, work order management, installer coordination, installation program management, and other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. The FM is expected to work autonomously to accomplish his/her goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation.

    FMs are typically assigned coverage areas based on revenue volume per market. This can mean coverage anywhere from 20 – 60 client locations and may span large metropolitan areas and multiple states. FMs are required to travel.

    FMs are provided a laptop and a cell phone and are reimbursed for mileage. The FM may be assigned a company vehicle. The FM role is a full-time salaried position and entitled to RFI benefits which include Healthcare, 401K, and paid time-off.
