Position Responsibilities:
* Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety
* Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives
* Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy
* Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center
* Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs
* Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions
* Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
* Associate's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree

Position Responsibilities:
* Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
* Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
* Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
* Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
* 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
