Position Responsibilities:
Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distributionAccomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunitiesMaintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standardsPlan and conduct regular sales visits to accountsManage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issuesMonitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impactOther projects or duties as assignedQualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 0 to 2 plus years of related sales experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experienceMust be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements. Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product. The Company hires and trains individuals with less than one year of experience and enters them into our Driver Training Program. Associate Drivers receive training and coaching and perform driver duties that allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a professional driver position.

Position responsibilities:
The Associate Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
Drivers will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a valid Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent driving experience in the military
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
