Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule employee orientation sessions.Prepare, review, and verify onboarding and employment documentation.Maintain effective communication with employees, supervisors, and internal departments.Ensure all orientation materials and records are accurate and up to date.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process.Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.Qualifications

Summary/Objective
Perform all functions related to product forming, storage/movement, product flow, and manufacturing of finished products.
Essential Functions
· Push dual control buttons and move controls to start and stop the equipment.
· Continually check materials and products for defects, and ensure conformance to specifications and high quality.
· Remove formed products and rework from machines, and place them in trays, carts, or totes.
· Identify and mark materials, products, and samples.
· Load materials and products into machines and equipment, using hand tools.
· Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions.
· Weigh or measure materials or formed products to ensure conformance to specifications.
· Accurately record production and operational data on paperwork.
· Add raw material ingredients to machines or equipment as required by the manufacturing process.
· Transfer materials and products to and from machinery and equipment, using rolling carts/racks or hand trucks.
· Responsible for reporting food safety problems to their supervisor/lead or someone with authority to initiate action.
· Identify any risk of intentional harm to the facility, personnel, or products and report them to their supervisor.
