What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
Source new clients through cold calling (door knocks) as well as social media prospecting to meet & exceed sales quotas. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout assigned geography, set up in-person meetings with decision makers to discuss products/services, and move the sales process forward. A positive attitude that will generate great first impressions and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; innate ability to build relationships by interacting with prospective clients. Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations & closed deals). Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met. 25-30 door pulls (daily) and has a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning and pipeline management. 4+ years of proven success in outside sales; experience cold-calling businesses that have a need for financial and marketing services products preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment. Job Overview
The Client Success Manager is responsible for reviewing client accounts, maintaining client relationships, responding to questions and resolving issues. The individual in this role will also manage a book of business and deepen relationships with clients and help retain them on our platform. The Client Success Manager position plays a pivotal role in retaining and maximizing the value of the restaurants on the network. They will be assigned the portfolio of regional accounts, with a primary focus of retaining the accounts on the network (minimizing churn), reinforcing the value of our services (improving NPS scores), and upselling additional services (cash conversions).
This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence three days a week in Chicago (Tuesday-Thursday).
What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
Oversee the customer journey for an assigned portfolio of accounts, from onboarding a new customer through ongoing support, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.Proactively identify and address customer issues, leading to minimized churn. (Examples: missing tickets, accounts receivables, managing exclusions.)Respond to customer requests for support, guiding clients through product features and strategies to maximize the benefits they receive from our services. Communicate with clients to ensure they are realizing the full value of our services, thereby improving Net Promotor Scores (NPS) Identify opportunities within the assigned portfolio to introduce and upsell products (i.e. Cash) Work closely with the regional manager and sales teams to execute strategies that enhance the customer satisfaction and business growth. Monitor account health metrics and provide insights to leadership on portfolio status and renewal/conversion opportunities. Share customer feedback and insights with the internal teams to shape future offerings.Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements) At least 3 years of related experience working with internal and external clients to support a sales organization. Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales (25+ daily), and additional outreach to meet and exceed sales quotas. Develop and grow a robust pipeline, scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers and advancing sales through the process. Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and awareness of new product offerings. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including cold calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and revenue operations, to ensure both individual and company-wide goals are met. Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).Qualifications
4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably with experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry. Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment. Strong financial acumen, with the aptitude to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the aptitude to present to prospective customers and influence meetings. Job Overview
The Collections Specialist drives resolution across a portfolio of recovery accounts by securing payments, settling balances, and resolving complex account issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role owns the process from outreach through resolution, maintains accurate financial records, and supports bankruptcy and litigation activity by managing case flow, documentation, and coordination with internal partners and outside counsel as needed. The ideal candidate works the process with discipline, thinks critically, solves problems proactively, collaborates effectively, and handles disputes with professionalism and urgency.
This is a hybrid position that requires in-office presence 3 days a week in Chicago (Tuesday-Thursday).
What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
• Own and manage a dedicated book of business, driving swift, professional resolution of high-value accounts while prioritizing workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Drive high-volume outreach and response activity across calls, emails, and other correspondence to secure payments and resolve outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute timely, policy-aligned resolutions to complex account issues.
• Track, process, and document payment resolutions across client accounts with accuracy and urgency.
• Balance competing priorities and stakeholder interests to resolve issues in ways that maximize recovery and protect company investment.
• Manage bankruptcy matters from intake through resolution, including end-to-end flow management, successful recovery efforts handled in-house, and coordination with outside counsel when required.
• Manage litigation files by maintaining organized documentation, tracking status, and ensuring timely follow-up on required actions.
• Consistently deliver against performance targets established by management.
• Record all activity in Salesforce and other company systems, maintaining accurate financial records including accounts receivable reports and related documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support inquiries and issue resolution for clients in Recovery.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, and the base compensation for this opening in Chicago is expected to be $22-$24 per hour ($45,760 to $49,920 annualized), based on candidate experience, skills and other factors.
