What You'll Do
As a Cabinet Door Builder, you'll play a key role in producing premium custom cabinet doors for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
Build cabinet doors including frame-and-panel, slab, mitered, inset, and custom designs according to shop drawings and work orders.Assemble door components using clamps, presses, adhesives, and fasteners to ensure doors are square, flat, aligned, and structurally sound.Select appropriate materials including hardwoods, veneers, MDF, and specialty core products based on specifications.Set up, operate, and adjust woodworking equipment including routers, presses, door clamps, edge banders, veneer presses, sanding equipment, and hand tools.Perform basic troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance on equipment.Verify measurements, profiles, joinery, and grain matching throughout the fabrication process.Inspect finished doors for quality, identifying and correcting gaps, warping, surface flaws, and dimensional inconsistencies.Rework or reject components that do not meet our premium craftsmanship standards.Prepare completed doors for finishing by labeling, stacking, and racking.Assist with specialty door construction and support cross-training opportunities throughout the shop.Accurately document completed work in Innergy.What We're Looking For

Job Overview:
As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading cabinets onto trucks for delivery. You will work closely with the shipping team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and that products are loaded securely to prevent damage during transit. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Receive cabinets from the production area and organize them for loading onto trucks.
· Verify accuracy of orders and inspect cabinets for any damage or defects before loading.
· Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move cabinets onto trucks.
· Secure cabinets using straps, chains, or other securing methods to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
· Communicate with shipping manager to prioritize orders and coordinate loading schedules.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading dock area to ensure a safe working environment.
· Follow all safety protocols and regulations governing the operation of material handling equipment and loading procedures.
· Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, and general cleanup.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in warehouse or loading dock operations preferred.
· Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
· Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver (assisted) heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
· Attention to detail and ability to accurately verify orders and inspect products for quality.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
· Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Track orders using INNERGY to follow where component is in the production process.Set up and adjust the Makor machine according to job specifications, including conveyor settings, spray parameters, and finishing programs.Load cabinet components onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and placement.Monitor the machine during operation to maintain consistent finish quality.Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed to address finish defects or inconsistencies.Ensure finished components are properly staged for drying, inspection, or assembly.Inspect cabinet parts before and after finishing for defects such as uneven coating, streaks, drips, or color inconsistencies.Document any quality issues and notify the supervisor promptly.Follow all finishing standards and procedures to achieve consistent high-quality results.Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on the Makor machine.Report malfunctions or repair needs to maintenance or supervision.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials.Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.Properly handle chemicals and finishes, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).Follow lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance or cleaning.Collaborate with finishing team and other production areas to meet production schedules.Assist in training new operators on Makor machine operation and finishing procedures.Communicate any production or quality issues to supervisors immediately.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Experience/Education
