What does your day look like as our Lead Residential Service Plumber?
Revise is seeking an experienced Lead Residential Service Plumber to help build and grow our residential plumbing division. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and play a key role in shaping the future of our plumbing operations.
The Lead Residential Service Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In addition to technical expertise, this individual will help establish best practices, support future team growth, and contribute to the ongoing development of the plumbing department.
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled residential service plumber who takes pride in their workmanship, values customer service, and is excited about the opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing division. Experience working alongside HVAC systems and technicians is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
Install and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, and related equipment
Install and service faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, shower valves, and other plumbing fixtures
Perform plumbing inspections and identify code compliance issues
Troubleshoot and repair water, drain, and vent piping systems
Install and service water filtration and water treatment equipment
Perform gas piping repairs and installations as required
Educate customers on repair and replacement options
Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
Assist in developing service procedures, inventory standards, and best practices
Support training and mentoring of future plumbing team members
Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and equipment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Provide outstanding customer service on every visit

What will make you successful? What is required?
Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License required
Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Working knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing and fuel gas codes
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
What experience are we looking for?
Residential service plumbing
Water heater replacement and installation
Tankless water heater installation and service
Water filtration and treatment systems
Gas piping installation and repair
Boiler piping and hydronic heating systems
Residential remodeling and fixture replacement
Experience working for a residential HVAC, plumbing, or home services company
Familiarity with heating systems, hydronics, circulators, zone controls, indirect water heaters, and boiler installations
HVAC service or installation experience is a strong plus
Experience working within flat-rate pricing and service management systems is preferred
