    REVELXP is a premier sports hospitality company. We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management and venue installations.

    FANgineers play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and game days – they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Coordinator, and Athletic Department personnel.


    This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering exceptional, detail-oriented guest experiences. You will represent both REVELxp and Vanderbilt, ensuring that each guest feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive until the end of the event.


    DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES


    Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

    Act as game day ambassadors for the REVELxp, Commodore Club and Vanderbilt Athletics DepartmentPerform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheldMonitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocolsServe as a welcoming greeter and ticket attendantServe as an elevator attendant and people movement (access) monitorPerform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility, etc.)Upholding a professional and welcoming atmosphere in all premium areasOther duties as assigned

    AVAILABILITY and OPPORTUNITIES

    Must be available to work all home football games at FirstBank Stadium. FANgineers are hourly employees. Hours will range between 6-14 hours per week depending on the home game schedule and game preparation needs each week.FANgineers are expected to work the entire football game day shift, which typically begins 60 minutes before stadium gates open and ends approximately 90 minutes post-game.This is a seasonal, part-time position, with the bulk of shifts scheduled between August and December, aligning with the NCAA football. This is a great opportunity for students, young professionals, or anyone looking to gain experience in sports management, hospitality, and event operations in a collegiate athletics environment.

    REVELXP is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to be a key player in suite and club management operations for a fast-paced sports experience company. Successful candidates will be organized event coordinators, proactive leaders, and collaborative colleagues. A love of sports is a big plus!


    This position reports to the Regional Hospitality Director and requires both office hours and nights/weekend event work. Working all home football games is required.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

    Manage all operational aspects of an on-campus satellite office.Fulfill assigned specific roles and duties for suites and clubs during football season.Deliver exceptional hospitality to our client, and their stakeholders, key patrons, and all guests on game days.Execute a successful recruitment plan for part-time, game-day/event staff to ensure premium seating areas are properly staffed.Collaborate with human resources team to administer payroll processes for game day staff, including any necessary background checks, e-verification, direct deposit functions, hours documentation, etc.Implement training plan and oversee game day/event staff operations.Organize and maintain game day event supplies and materials.Assist in the effective communication within the athletic department of the following: maintain the proposed operating budget; provision of pre-season report detailing maintenance and facility problems; provision of post-game reports detailing operational and maintenance issues.Establish and maintain positive relations with diverse groups, including donors and seat holders, game day staff, vendors, and university administration.Must be able to work independently and manage all staff and functions of a game day manager.Other duties as assigned.

    COMPENSATION

    Non-exempt employee status.

    $25 per hour hourly pay rate.

    Anticipated weekly workload of 25-30 hours, including some nights/weekends.

    Overtime eligible.

    Paid bi-weekly.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

As the Vice President of Hospitality Sales, you will oversee sales efforts for the REVELxp RESERVE Program, and report directly to the Senior Vice President, Revenue. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic leader who is passionate about developing their own sales teams, driving revenue, creating elite VIP experiences, and leading successful sales strategies in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
