    Restore Dental Centers is looking for an engaging and positive Spanish-Speaking Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Los Angeles. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for an exceptional patient experience. If you have a passion for people and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

    About Us: At Restore Dental Centers we offer multiple specialties under one roof! We used advanced technologies to check the saliva and reverse cavities and also perform fun procedures like cosmetic dentistry, braces, and even dental implants. We prioritize the oral-systemic connection and focus on how the oral health can affect the overall health. Our dedicated team works together to provide top-tier dental services in a welcoming environment, ensuring each patient leaves happier and healthier.

    Position Summary: As a Front Office Receptionist, you will manage all front desk activities, including patient reception, appointment scheduling, and maintaining patient records. Your exceptional communication skills and cheerful demeanor will help create a warm and efficient office environment. Some of our patients speak Spanish so Spanish speaking is a requirement for the position. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Patient Reception: Warmly greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and adjustments.Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.Payment Processing: Handle billing processes, including insurance claims and patient payments.Office Support: Assist in office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.Requirements:
