Position Overview
The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive patient care across aesthetic injectables, skin treatments, and wellness services including peptide therapy and hormone optimization support. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, an eye for natural results, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Injectables
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (e.g., Xeomin, Dysport) and dermal fillersAdminister biostimulatory treatments (e.g., Sculptra, hyperdilute Radiesse)Conduct full-face assessments and develop customized treatment plansMaintain consistent, high-quality before/after photographyEducate patients on long-term aesthetic planning and maintenance
Skin & Device-Based Treatments
Oversee treatments such as IPL, microneedling, and laser servicesIntegrate skin health into overall treatment plansUtilize consultation tools (e.g., AURA scanner) to support patient education and conversion
Wellness & Peptide Therapy
Conduct consultations for wellness services including peptide therapy and metabolic optimizationPrescribe and manage peptide protocols (e.g., GLP-1 microdosing, MOTS-C, GLOW, KPV) in accordance with medical guidelinesSupport hormone replacement therapy (HRT) programs including follow-ups and lab reviewEducate patients on lifestyle, supplementation, and longevity-focused care
Patient Experience & Sales
Deliver a high-touch, luxury patient experienceBuild and maintain a loyal patient base through trust and resultsRecommend and sell appropriate treatments, packages, and skincare productsMeet or exceed individual revenue and patient retention goals
Clinical & Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentationFollow all safety protocols and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with team members and leadership on treatment plans and clinic initiativesParticipate in ongoing trainings and continuing education
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in OklahomaMinimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic injectablesStrong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniquesExperience or interest in wellness, peptides, and hormone therapyExcellent communication and patient relationship skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentCompany DescriptionBe part of a modern aesthetic practice redefining the intersection of beauty and wellness
