Job Overview
RestoPros of Tulsa is seeking an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to take full ownership of mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can confidently run job sites, direct crews, and deliver high-quality results during critical situations for our customers.

What You'll Do
Lead and manage mitigation projects including water, fire/smoke, and mold remediation
Serve as the on-site decision-maker , directing workflow, priorities, and crew assignments
Own projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety standards are met
Perform moisture mapping, inspections, and damage assessments using industry-standard tools
Operate and oversee restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
Ensure proper containment, safety protocols, and hazardous material handling
Train and mentor technicians on best practices, equipment use, and PPE compliance
Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
Maintain accurate job documentation: photos, daily logs, equipment tracking, and reports
Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and ready
Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer care
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in mitigation (water, fire, and/or mold)
Proven ability to lead or supervise crews on job sites
Strong understanding of drying principles and mitigation processes
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background screening
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting 50+ lbs, confined spaces, varying environments)
Preferred (Not Required)
IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters
Experience with documentation software (e.g., Encircle, DASH, or similar)
