We have an immediate need for a Shuttle Operations Supervisor at our growing Northern Virginia location, Tysons Corner. Your focus is to motivate and manage drivers from diverse cultures and personalities to ensure we consistently meet all contract requirements while maintaining DOT rules and regulations.
Available Shift: Monday - Fridays: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
As a CDL Shuttle Operations Supervisor You Will
Manage day-to-day requirements of contracts to ensure complianceManage drivers (making sure they are on time, following their routes, following dress code, review driver paperwork and daily passenger logs, etc.)Troubleshoot and develop strategic solutions to daily situationsFill in for drivers if/when there are call-outs or vacant routesMust Haves

Reston Limousine is seeking an experienced CDL Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team in Annapolis, MD. This role involves driving CDL shuttle bus to transport clients to and from various locations, ensuring safe and timely arrivals and departures. The role is an on-site position and requires working set shifts and holidays. This is a very customer-intensive position.
Available Shifts:
Route: Full-time; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM -M, Tues, Wed & Thursdays; & 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM on Fridays
Qualifications:
A valid CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement and a clean driving recordActive DOT medical card Technically savvy downloading apps for ground pad use, communication with teams and management via text message and media alertsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrior experience as a CDL shuttle bus driver preferred.Familiarity with the Annapolis area is preferred.Compensation and Benefits:

To excel as a part-time or full-time CDL Shuttle Bus Driver at Reston Limousine, you'll need to bring a unique blend of skills and qualifications to the table.
