The Office Assistant will provide essential support to the Office Manager by managing day-to-day office operations. This role involves performing reception duties, handling phone communications, updating job records weekly, managing collections, and assisting the office manager with various administrative tasks. The position requires occasional handling of confidential information and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite along with specialized office management software. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with several benefits available after the first year of employment.
Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
