What we are looking for –
We are looking for an outside sales associate to help identify new leads, build customer rapport, understand client needs, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Previous experience in the restaurant or foodservice industry preferred
Previous sales experience required
Bi-lingual speaking English and Spanish is a plus
Our sales associates work together with the rest of our team to help customers find the right supplies and equipment for their needs and see them through the sales process. Ideal candidates should be personable, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or to support other team members as needed.

Responsibilities
Familiarize yourself with products and services we offer to help customers find the RIGHT equipment & supplies to suit their needs
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, vendors, and organizational staff.
Maintain and increase revenue from existing business while actively securing new accounts
Seek out prospective customers and follow up on leads
Utilize your existing network to drive business into our stores
Develop strategic relationships with other businesses in our industry (restaurant associations, service companies, manufacturer reps, consultants, designers etc.)
Identifying potential clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and market research
Actively seeking and developing relationships with potential and existing customers by meeting them face-to-face, presenting our products to them in person.
Utilize vendors, manufacturers, and internal resources to best meet customer requirements.
Address customer issues promptly and professionally, coordinating with customer service, credit, warehouse, or other company personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years sales or restaurant related experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter
Strong communication skills for the purpose of explaining product information to customers
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, markups, and percentages
Proven ability to sell consultatively, demonstrating excellent prospecting and closing abilities.
Strong negotiating skills, overcoming objections to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
The Designer is responsible for commercial kitchen design, draft layouts, production drawings, and presentation drawings. This position is responsible for partner/client relationships when developing schematic design, design development, and prototypical packages. The designer is also responsible for coordinating with architectural and engineering partners.
Be an in-depth source of knowledge of foodservice kitchen design and equipment
Provide customers detailed AutoCad drawings and equipment schedules for foodservice
establishments by listening to their wants and needs or consulting with them and/or their architect or General Contractor.
Perform site visits to obtain field measurements necessary for specifying equipment.
Communicate the utility requirements of foodservice equipment to the customer or their
representative, by providing specification sheets, specific written requests for a utility or utilities,
and providing Rough-In-Drawings.
Direct the placement of equipment at the jobsite by providing detailed drawings.
Lead collaborative efforts on multiple commercial kitchen projects, engaging in all design phases from concept to completion.
Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations and internal benchmarks.
Conceptualize and sketch layouts, leveraging creative insights to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients, conducting meetings to ascertain their specific spatial requirements and design preferences.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, translating it into actionable design elements.
Provides support to in store sales teams with different projects they may be working on
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years commercial kitchen design experience
Strong conceptual and client-service skills, contributing to effective problem-solving.
Exceptional organizational skills, managing tight schedules, deadlines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Superior technical and layout design skills, coupled with strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
Self-starter with great follow up and retention

Enter sales orders & arrange for delivery if needed
Process payments and follow all administrative and accounting procedures
Checkout customers at our retail counter
Maintain showroom organization by procedures set forth by management
Works with office staff to check and maintain open orders, return merchandise statuses and purchase orders
