We are now seeking passionate, energetic, and motivated people to join our growing Rent-A-Wreck Orlando team. We’ll help you reach your full potential by developing, encouraging, and rewarding you to maximize your earnings in a friendly and empowering sales environment.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for renting vehicles and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes:
Processing rental contracts
Listening to and identifying customer needs
Effectively upselling our offerings and services
Enhancing the customer travel experience
Providing excellent customer service
Perks You’ll Get:
$18.00/hour paid weekly
Extremely profitable commission / incentive / bonus plan
(Unlimited earning potential)
Minimum commission guarantee or actual commission (whichever is greater) for the first two months
On-the-job sales training
Growth opportunities within the company

What We’re Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills bilinguals
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Professional and engaging personality
Flexibility to work all shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
On-site position (not remote)
Sales experience in retail, hospitality, real estate, or fast-paced environments is a plus
