    About This Position:


    We’re hiring our first A&D Sales Representative based in Los Angeles to elevate brand visibility, drive specifications, and grow market presence for our Trueform Concrete and American Tin Ceilings brands. This high-impact, client-facing role focuses on premium interior products, expanding our reach within LA’s Architecture & Design community, and connecting our distinctive surfaces and ceiling solutions with the city’s top firms and projects.


    We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional passionate about high-end interior architectural materials and skilled in specification-led selling. As the face of our brands in the market, you’ll build relationships, lead compelling presentations, and guide projects from concept to completion. If you thrive in creative, fast-paced environments and speak the language of designers and interior builders, join us in shaping the built environment.


    The role will primarily be based in the Los Angeles area with approximately monthly visits to Orange County. San Diego and Las Vegas will be visited bi-annually.


    Location: Remote (must reside within the Los Angeles metropolitan area). Approximately 25% travel & client-facing engagement.Reports to: Director of SalesTotal Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 estimated within first 12 months.Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000Commission: Sales performance-based commission plan. Paid monthly. Schedule: Primarily 1st shift M-F. Attending evening events as needed. Approx. 40-50 hours per week.

    What You’ll Do:


    Sales Outreach and Relationship Building

    Lead proactive outreach to influential interior architecture and design firms across your territory. Develop deep, long-term relationships with principals, specifiers, and interior designers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients through product education, project guidance, and value-driven communication

    Presentation and Specification Support

    Conduct engaging one-on-one consultations and deliver compelling product presentations. Influence specification decisions in early-stage design and development meetings. Guide products through the interior architecture and construction sales cycle, from ideation to install.

    Industry Engagement

    Represent the brands at networking events, trade shows, and panel discussions. Stay informed on trends in interior architecture, design, and construction materials. Serve as a visible and influential voice in the A&D community.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner with technical and marketing teams to support product positioning and compliance. Relay market feedback to inform product roadmap and strategic planning. Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and share regular insights with the leadership team.


    What We’re Looking For:


    5+ years of successful sales experience in architectural interior products or in specification-driven environments.Must reside in the Los Angeles area, with ability to consistently travel within metro LA and Orange County areas.Proven success working with interior design-led practices and high-end commercial projects in the LA area. Excellent understanding of the interior A&D sales cycle and project development timelines. Confidence in delivering both in-person and virtual presentations to groups and individuals. Highly organized, self-starter with excellent follow-up habits and CRM discipline. Bachelor's degree preferred (Architecture, Interior Design, or related field a plus).

    About the Role:


    We are seeking a CNC Operator / Programmer with a background in woodworking operations to join our team in a small, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for programming and operating CNC equipment for wood processing.


    Location: On-site in Florence, AL.Shift: Full-time. 1st Shift. Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10 hour workdays. 40 hours per week.


    What You’ll Do:


    Support daily production scheduling, including resource planning and coordination with shop personnel. Create, edit, and interpret CNC programs (including B-Solid programming) for routers, saws, and other woodworking machinery. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds based on wood species and process type; recognize and deploy inserts and fixtures correctly. Understand and interpret blueprints to guide setup and machining decisions. Test and validate CNC programs, using gages and measuring instruments and performing tool wear offsets to ensure precision, safety, and repeatability within tolerance requirements. Properly and safely load and unload castings and raw materials in CNC machinery. Perform regular cleaning and light maintenance on CNC machinery. Support continuous improvement in machining processes, setups, and fixture design. Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to implement product changes. Perform all tasks safely and responsibly, complying with ISO requirements, safety procedures, and all quality policies, specifications, and regulations.


    What We’re Looking For:


    3+ years of experience in woodworking, custom manufacturing, or a related environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).Experience with CNC programming preferred (G-code, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or MozaiK).Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and production scheduling.Ability to perform basic mathematical computations, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, applied to practical shop situations.Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse production setting.

    Preferred Skills

    Experience in wood machining, finishing, and assembly operations.Familiarity with custom or small-batch production environments.Work closely with management and shop teams to innovate and improve processes.

    Physical Demands and Abilities

    Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.Ability to work in a warehouse production setting.

    About This Position:

    We are seeking an experienced Paint & Stain Finisher to join our custom mantel shop. This role is responsible for producing high-quality painted and stained finishes on mantels, mantel shelves and related millwork. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands wood behavior, and takes pride in consistent, professional finishes.

    Location: Florence, AL. On-site.Reports to: Plant Manager.Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $19.00 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 10 hours daily, Full-time. (occasional Fridays with overtime pay)

    What You’ll Do:

    Prepare mantel parts and assemblies for finishing (sanding, filling, sealing).Apply paint, stain, dye, glaze, and clear coats using spray equipment.Match colors and finishes to samples and client specifications.Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects.Perform light touch-ups and repairs as needed.Maintain clean, organized spray booth and finishing area.Mix finishes and maintain accurate formulas and records.Follow shop safety procedures and proper handling of materials.Work collaboratively with cabinet makers, supervisors, and production staff.Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

    Scope of Work:

    Surface Preparation

    Sand raw wood and MDF components to required grit levels.Fill nail holes, seams, and imperfections.Apply sealers, primers, and pre-stain conditioners as required.

    Finishing Application

    Apply stains, paints, glazes, and topcoats per shop standards.Achieve consistent color, sheen, and texture.Perform multi-step or specialty finishes when required.

    Quality Control

    Inspect finished components for defects and consistency.Sand between coats as required.Complete final touch-ups prior to assembly or shipping.

    Equipment & Safety

    Set up, operate, and clean spray equipment.Maintain a clean and organized finishing area.Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.

    What We’re Looking For:

    2+ years of experience in wood finishing and/or auto body.Strong understanding of paint and stain systems.Experience with spray equipment (HVLP or similar).Ability to color-match and interpret finish samples.Knowledge of wood species and finishing techniques.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
