We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple commercial construction projects throughout Northern Nevada.     Summary:The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety programs across multiple commercial concrete construction job sites. This position plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing workplace risks, and fostering a proactive safety culture among project teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive construction safety experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining safe and productive work environments.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned.Conduct daily site walks, field audits, and safety inspections on active construction projects.Develop, implement, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards.Maintain current knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction industry best practices.Execute and monitor site-specific safety plans.Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations and implement corrective actions.Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments.Develop and deliver safety training programs for field personnel.Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to promote a proactive safety culture.Track, maintain, and report safety metrics and documentation.Identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures to reduce risk.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and compliance.At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job-related activities not specifically outlined above.

    The Production Assembler is primarily responsible for the installation and assembly of all compressor units using specified mechanical components, fabricated parts and assembly hardware. The Production Assembler will use hand and power tools along with measuring instruments according to blueprints, sketches, schematics and other visual aids. In addition, the Assembler will test the operation of assembled components to detect malfunctions.
    ResponsibilitiesProvide quality, on time assembly of compressors, generators, and associated parts and pieces. Assemble compressors and/or their subassemblies, according to customer’s needs, following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.Overhaul and repair used compressors or components as required to meet customer needs.To control the manufacturing expenses of the plant through the proper use of all supplies and equipment and the meeting of all labor standards.Provide packaging as required for products prior to shipping.Notify supervisor of adequate levels of supplies and tools for completion of assigned production.To ensure effective communication within the department and with all company functions.Adhere to all safety policies and practices.Maintain the plant facilities and equipment as directed. Misc. duties may include painting, general cleaning and basic building maintenance.Participate in cross training within the Production Department.Set up and test-run of completed machine through fixed test cycles. Independently set up and test for noise and vibration using test equipment.     Minimum QualificationsDegree from technical school or equivalent combination of education and work experience. One year experience as a mechanical assembler or mechanic in any related field.Ability to read and understand structural drawing, schematics and operating manuals. Valid Driver's License.Ability to perform calculations such as percentages, ratios and fractions.Ability to learn basic computer skills and ability to adapt to a variety of software applications. Ability to understand the use and application of air and gas compressors and generators and basic manufacturing tooling and equipment.Ability to communicate with others to exchange information both orally and in writing.Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or qualified U.S. Person in accordance with ALU 22CFR 120.15. May require the ability to obtain DOD security clearance.
    Preferred QualificationsAdvance course work in any Mechanical assembly discipline. Specific experience in the manufacture of air and gas compressors and generators.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Verify products and quantity of items delivered by order pickers to packing slips by physically verifying part numbers, quantity of each item(s), descriptions, etc.Work with Order Pickers on ensuring a quality, accurate shipment to the customer.Pack, band, weigh, and label completed items for shipment. Ensure that pallets are wrapped and packed correctly and secures pallet using banding and shrink-wrap so that shipment arrives to destination intact with no damages/shortages. Applies proper decals, labels, tracking # tags.Load products into proper staging area or trucks for shipment.Ensures all pallets are presentable and all items on the pallet are properly stacked and secure for safe transport.Ensure the correct merchandise is loaded on the correct designated truck.Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.Follow safety guidelines at all times, meet specified productivity and quality expectations, and participate in Target Zero safety program.Perform other general warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.
    Competency:
    To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Forklift and reach truck experience is REQUIRED.Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.Utilize banding equipment.Must be familiar with proper packaging methods.     Summary:

    Responsible for sanitation of the general plant and grounds. Assist with sanitation of food processing equipment for specific projects involving contractors, new equipment and existing equipment.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Other duties may be assigned.Clean plant walls, floors, ceilings, rest rooms, hallways, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas, as stated in the master cleaning schedule.Clean, sanitize, set up, and tear down the processing equipment.Ensures inventory, safe handling, correct measurement, and proper usage of cleaning chemicals.Responsible for the documentation and inspection of their work on the master sanitation schedules.Replenish bathroom supplies, sinks and paper towel dispensers, stock the green rooms, and maintain foot baths throughout the facility.Pick up refuse from plant grounds.Transport and return waste and cardboard bins to designated areas.Attend team, safety, and quality meetings, complete the necessary training / certification required by supervision, and train others as needed.Coordinate with Contractors to ensure proper barriers (e.g. hanging plastic) in place during construction projects.Coordinate construction traffic patterns, door usage, and cleaning procedures post construction work.Coordinate and perform specific one-time cleanings as assigned.Coordinate with Contractors the cleaning of parts needed for construction (e.g. cleaning product piping before installation).Clean new equipment before use in production (e.g. Ball mill for liquor polishing).Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.Maintain regular attendance at work and work overtime as needed.
