Responsibilities:- Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials- Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement- Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations- Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation- Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards- Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques Qualifications:- 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience preferred- Window installation experience- Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents, and messages- A valid driver's license- Mechanical aptitude- Good organizational skills- Good computer skills Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive starting pay of $24-$27/hr with monthly bonus potential based on your performance.- Company vehicle and a gas card- 401K plan w/ company match- Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life- PTO - vacation time, sick time, and holiday pay- Student Loan Repayment Program- Employee Emergency Assistance Fund- Access to Employee Perks Program If this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now!
